3. Организация –заявитель, предлагающая проект:   ГУО «Свирский УПК д/с-СШ» управления по образованию, спорту и туризму Мядельского райисполкома

4. Цели проекта: создание и внедрение эффективной модели организации здорового питания обучающихся в учреждении образования.

5. Задачи, планируемые к выполнению в рамках реализации проекта: -произвести капитальный ремонт с элементами реконструкции пищеблока, овощехранилища;

-развивать материально-техническую базу пищеблока, включая реконструкцию столовой, обновление мебели, приобретение современного оборудования;

-организовать питание в соответствии с современными разработками и технологиями полноценного безопасного детского питания.

6. Целевая группа: обучающиеся ГУО «Свирский УПК д\с-СШ»

7. Краткое описание мероприятий в рамках проекта:

7.1.     Капитальный ремонт с элементами реконструкции пищеблока.

7.2.     Ревизия систем канализации, водоснабжения и вентиляции с заменой труб и оборудования.

7.3.     Замена оконных блоков и дверей на пищеблоке, в обеденном зале.

7.4.     Капитальный ремонт с элементами реконструкции овощехранилища.

7.5.     Развитие материально-технической базы пищеблока, приобретение современного оборудования на пищеблок.

7.6.     Капитальный ремонт с элементами реконструкции столовой.

7.7.     Приобретение новой мебели и посуды в обеденный зал.

7.8.     Приобретение компьютерной и множительной техники для организации работы по компьютерной программе.

7.9.     Приобретение информационных стендов для оформления информационного пространства.

7.10.   Приобретение спецодежды для работников пищеблока и дежурных учащихся.

7.11.   Организация питания в соответствии с современными разработками и технологиями полноценного безопасного детского питания.

3. Organization-applicant: the State Educational Institution " The Svir Educational Pedagogical Complex kindergarten-secondary school” of the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of Myadel regional executive committee

4. The objectives of the project: the creation and implementation of an effective model for the organization of healthy nutrition of the pupils in the educational institution.

5. Tasks planned for implementation in the framework of the project:

-rebuilding with elements of the reconstruction of the food processing unit, vegetable storage;

-development of the material and technical base of the catering department, including the reconstruction of the dining room, renovation of furniture, acquiring of modern equipment;

-organization of nutrition in accordance with modern developments and technologies of high-grade safe baby food.

6. Target group: pupils of the State Educational Institution “ The Svir Educational Pedagogical Complex kindergarten-secondary school”

7. Brief description of the project activities:

7.1 Rebuilding with elements of reconstruction of the catering department.

7.2. Audit of sewage systems, water supply and ventilation with the replacement of pipes and equipment.

7.3. Replacing of window blocks and doors in the kitchen, in the dining room.

7.4 Overhaul with elements of the reconstruction of the vegetable store.

7.5 Development of the material and technical base of the catering department, acquiring of modern equipment for the catering department.

7.6. Rebuilding with elements of reconstruction of the dining room.

7.7 Acquiring   of new furniture and dishes in the dining room

7.8 Acquisition of computer and multiplying equipment for the organization of work on a computer program.

7.9 Acquisition of information stands for the design of the information space.

7.10. Acquiring of special working clothes for catering workers and pupils on duty.

7.11 Catering in accordance with modern developments and technologies of high-grade safe baby food.
